Diabetes Empowerment Education Program

Thursdays 10:30 - 11:30 August 4th - September 8th

Come join us for a six-week program to learn free self-management strategies for diabetes. Topics include: risk factors for diabetes, understanding and monitoring your body, physical activity, preventing complications, meal planning, medication and medical care, living with diabetes, and mobilizing family and friends.
